How to Unlock Order Bunkers
Before you can enter even one bunker, you’ll need to finish the main mission “One Fell Swoop.” If you try to approach a bunker earlier, you’ll just get a warning message and won’t be able to pass the barrier.

- Nearby, you’ll find a Locust Canister — a special corrosive canister used to break the door seal.
