Mafia: The Old Country – All Safe Codes & Locations

The world of Mafia: The Old Country is not designed for an open-world grind, but more like a backdrop. But this does not mean that you skip the exploration, because there are safes hidden in some hidden spots of the game which are waiting to be looted. Some safes are also important for story progression.

Here we will tell you which safes are found where and what is their exact combination.

First of all – some important things about safes:

Finding the code is optional – you can open the safe by entering the combination directly following our guide without finding the code.

If you find the note in the game that has the code written on it, the code will automatically appear at the top-right of the screen when you open the safe – whether Enzo has commented on it or not. This means that you do not have to read every note.

The type of loot depends on whether the safe is part of a mission or a bonus location. Bonus safes mostly contain Dinari – this is the in-game currency with which you can buy new weapons, knives, outfits, cars, and horses.

Chapter 3 – Pizzu

1. Lemon Farm (Mission Relevant)

Safe Location: Kitchen

Code Location: In the same room, there is a code written on a note near the door.

Code: 10-20-30

Reward: 200 Dinari

2. Porto Almaro (Port Customs)

Safe Location: Safe yard – go straight inside, inside a building on the back left side.

Code Location: In the same room, there is a note on the table.

Code: 21-10-08

Reward: 200 Dinari

Chapter 6 – La Difesa Siciliana

3. Police San Celeste Bracanti’s Safe

Safe Location: Ground floor office. Enter the building, walk straight ahead, and you’ll find it in the last room at the back.

Code Location: Go through the outside entry area (you’ll notice a door on the left, one straight ahead, and an iron gate on the right). Enter the next office where a police officer is staring out the window. There are two notes on the desk — one of them has the code.

Code: 00-01-02

Reward: 300 Dinari

4. San Celeste Police Vault 1 (Mission Relevant)

Safe Location: Ground floor office – Marino’s safe. To the left of the large staircase, then the door on the right side.

Code Location: In the same room, written on a paper, in which 4 combinations are given (April’s one is correct, because it is written in the second note that it is the code for the last month).

Code: 28-34-12

Reward: Note with the code of the second safe + 300 Dinari

5. San Celeste Police Vault 2 (Mission Relevant)

Safe Location: Office 1st floor – D’Amico’s safe.

Code Location: Inside the first safe on the ground floor, note it.

Code: 02-19-62

Reward: Printing Plates

Mafia: The Old Country was released on 8 August 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Compared to Mafia 3, this game focuses more on story than open-world elements – and this thing goes in favor of the game.
