Mafia: The Old Country – All Saints’ Cards Locations Guide

The world of Mafia: The Old Country isn’t just about action — collectibles are a big part of the experience too. Among these, the most interesting ones are Saint Cards, which you’ll find at prayer shrines scattered across the map. There are a total of 20 Saint Cards, and collecting them is not just fun, but also necessary to unlock the “The Collector” trophy/achievement.

I’ve personally explored the entire map and noted down every single location, so you won’t have to aimlessly wander around. Let’s get into it.

How to Collect

Saint Cards can be very easy to miss — especially because two of them are only available in specific chapters. The remaining 18 cards can be collected freely in Free Roam/Open World mode.

After Chapter 3, you can explore the map at will by going to Autopedia → Drive, or by selecting Replay Chapter → Explore after finishing the story. When you’re near a shrine, a small church cross icon will appear on your map.

Chapter-Specific Cards

1 – Santa Barbara (Prologue: Tremori)

In the Prologue mission “Get food at the bunkhouse,” once you exit the mine with Gaetano, you’ll see a shrine on the right side of the main path, with a wooden cross sticking out.
This card is exclusive to this mission — if you miss it, you can collect it later by replaying the chapter.

2 – Santa Rosalia (Chapter 12: La Forza Del Destino)

During this chapter, when walking with Father Clemente, you’ll spot a shrine near a stone wall on the left side at the very beginning. There’s no in-game map for this area, so keep your eyes open. If missed, you can get it via chapter replay.

Free Roam / Open World Saints Cards

The remaining 18 cards are spread across the map. From my experience, hunting them down is both satisfying and a little thrilling — part treasure hunt, part history lesson.

  • Sant’Eustachio – North of the “Fontanella” fast travel point, at the end of a road between woods.
  • San Girolamo Emiliani – On a small road behind a building in the mining town.
  • San Nicola – Inside a small cave under a bridge, accessible from the riverbank.
  • San Francesco D’Assisi – South-west of “Collezolfo” fast travel point, near a chapel with a blue door.
  • San Bartolomeo – At a roadside shrine.
  • San Clemente – On the beach docks, down the stairs behind a house.
  • San Giuda Taddeo – Inside a small garden south of “Pasquale’s Gas Station.”
  • San Drogone – On a small hill north of Porto Almaro.
  • San Valentino – On the roadside between Porto Almaro and L’Antica Riva.
  • San Cristoforo – North of “L’Antica Riva” fast travel point, on a hill near ancient stone huts.
  • San Celeste – East of “Torrisi” fast travel point, near wheat fields.
  • Sant’Antonino – South of “Torrisi,” on the roadside.
  • San Bernardo – In the yard behind the church in a small village east of San Celeste.
  • San Vito – On a village road south of Villa Torrisi.
  • Sant’Emidio – East of Villa Torrisi, up the stairs to a hill.
  • San Gennaro – On the road near “Lago Efesto” lake, north of the map.
  • Sant’Eligio – Across from “Pasquale’s Store,” through a gate near the bridge.
  • Sant’Agata – On a side road west of San Celeste, accessible only from the sidewalk.

I always checked the Collections → Saint Cards menu after picking up each one — that way, nothing got skipped.

Some cards are located in enemy areas, so keep ammo handy.

Chapter replays are there for safety, but if you collect everything on your first run, you’ll save a lot of time later.

By following this guide, you’ll easily gather all 20 Saint Cards and unlock “The Collector”.
And honestly, collecting them makes Mafia: The Old Country feel even more alive — it’s like walking through a living, breathing museum of its own world.
